Watching her daughter attempt some jazz steps in her ballet school on a snowy afternoon in New York reminds Catherine of her own childhood in Paris、where she and her rather mysterious father lived happily together. Catherine is a young girl who lives happily with her father、who runs a shipping business、in Paris. Father and daughter share many good times together including walking to school and attending Catherine's ballet class. Unfortunately、Catherine's father gets into some trouble as he tries to improve his position int the business world. Will Catherine ever truly understand the mysterous man who is her father?
